Beyond MU | Optimizing Workplace Support for Neurodivergent Employees

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025 | Noon to 1:00 p.m. CDT via Zoom Webinar
Presenters: Emily Raclaw, MS, LPC, CRC, Director, On Your Marq

Did you know that current research suggests that between 15-20% of the United States population is neurodivergent? In addition, research suggests that young adults in the Gen Z demographic are more likely to self-identify as neurodivergent to their managers than previous generations. Managers from all sectors of the workforce are invited to join Emily Raclaw, MS, LPC, CRC, Director of Marquette University’s nationally recognized On Your Marq program, for a virtual training to dive deeper into this topic. This training equips managers and teams with practical tools to enhance productivity and collaboration with neurodivergent colleagues. Attendees will gain insights into workplace adjustments, communication strategies, and simple process improvements that benefit both employees and the organization.
