While the pandemic has emphasized the importance of a strong nursing workforce, it has also affected nurses’ well-being with higher levels of burnout, anxiety, depression, and moral distress. Join us to hear about how these realities are impacting the nursing workforce and how Marquette alumni and leaders in healthcare organizations are implementing interventions to meet these challenges. Get a glimpse of how the College of Nursing within the future first-class facility in Straz Hall are working to address these challenges as we prepare the Marquette Nurse.
