Discovering Your Purpose: A Values-based Approach to Changing Your Mindset About Work

RECORDED WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2022

Presenter: Wendy Butler, Grad '13, '16 – Director of Organizational Development, Marquette University

Many things in our world and workplaces have changed over the past few years. Perhaps our attitudes, beliefs, and motivations have, too, especially regarding where and how we do our work. We’ve seen examples of this through societal trends such as “The Great Resignation” and “Quiet Quitting.”

If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, or just want a boost of spirit, please join this session! We will discuss how to define your values, uncover your passions and motivations, and explore creative ways to help you navigate new work challenges as a result of the pandemic.
