Rachel Beilfuss, a senior in the College of Health Sciences, exemplifies the spirit of Pedro Arrupe, S.J., by consistently immersing herself in the neighborhood surrounding Marquette. Over the past two years, she has spent hours serving with StreetLife Communities, providing meals, toiletries, food and fellowship to people in the Milwaukee homeless community.
In addition to her dedicated service with StreetLife Communities, Rachel also serves as a eucharistic minister at Gesu Church, a volunteer with Midnight Run, an executive board member for the Backpack Program, works as a training coach at Marquette University High School and as an ambassador for the College of Health Sciences.
