IGNATIAN ADVENT RETREAT IN DAILY LIFE

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28 - TUESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2021
Led by Dr. Kathy Coffey-Guenther, Arts '85, Grad '88, '98, Senior Mission & Ignatian Leadership Specialist, University Advancement, Marquette University
In celebration of the Ignatian Year and the 500th anniversary of the conversion of St. Ignatius of Loyola, we invite you to join us for a special Ignatian Advent retreat!
This retreat, from the comfort of your own home or quiet sacred space will provide you with daily readings, reflection questions and teachings from Ignatian spirituality that help us to slow down and reflect on the sacred gift of holy days before the birth of Jesus, when the world waited in anticipation for hope, love and true joy to appear.
Retreat materials are emailed to participants weekly during the four weeks of Advent, and can really help enrich our consciousness as to the purpose and love and invitation imbued in this season. We will also be hosting weekly virtual sessions this year, which provides you the opportunity to engage with the retreat director and fellow alumni participants.
If you have always been curious about the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius or if you have felt a longing to slow down and attend deeper to your own heart, soul and spirit this season, consider joining us for these special weeks of retreat.
